Some interactive actions in your APP: analyze user habits and optimize the product experience.

How we use personal data

Touchtime uses the data we collect to provide you with rich interactive experiences. Typical purposes for which we use data include:

Provide our product services, including updates, protection, troubleshooting, and support. Also includes sharing data when it is necessary to use data to provide services or perform transactions you request.

Improve and develop our products.

We also use data to run our business, including analyzing our performance, complying with legal obligations, growing our workforce, and conducting investigations.

The processing of personal data for the achievement of these objectives includes automatic and manual processing methods. Automatic methods are usually related to manual methods and are supplemented by manual methods. For example, artificial intelligence in automated methods can be seen as a set of technologies that enable computers to perceive, learn, reason, and assist in decision-making, in order to solve problems in a human-like manner. To build and train automatic processing methods and improve their accuracy, we manually check certain predictions and inferences generated by automatic methods based on the underlying data on which they are based. For example, we manually check short voice data sample segments that have been processed for identification to improve voice services such as recognition and translation.

We will use a variety of technical means to protect your personal data; But at the same time, we will have some scenarios where we must clean user data, migrate user data, or otherwise affect data. The privacy permissions we need for the device

We need the following permissions for the device, and why we need them:

Self-start permission

We need self-start permission, which requires your authorization to take effect. Purpose of obtaining self-starting permission:

To ensure that the tasks you create can remind you on time, even when the device is in the background.

When you enable the floating window, the device can float above other apps and work normally even after the app is exited. This requires self-starting permissions.

The foreground notification allows you to conveniently preview your tasks from the notification bar after exiting the app, which requires the permission to start automatically.

Camera permissions

We need camera permission, which requires your authorization before it can take effect. Purpose of obtaining camera permissions:

Scan the QR code to log in to other devices, such as Touchtime smart calendar

Upload pictures to cloud album

Album permissions

We need the permission for the photo album, which will only take effect after your authorization. Purpose of obtaining album permissions:

Upload pictures to cloud album

Display on the upper layer of other applications

When using a floating window, you need to manually enable the permissions required to display it on top of other applications.

File write permission

For personal data or other images that need to be saved locally, you need to enable the file write permission. This requires your manual consent before the permission can be enabled.

Use of third-party SDK

To ensure the implementation of Touchtime related functions and the safe and stable operation of the application, we need to access the software development kit SDK provided by a third party to achieve related goals. The third-party SDKs we access mainly serve the needs of you and other users, so we may adjust the third-party SDKs we access when meeting new service requirements and business function changes. We will promptly disclose the latest situation of accessing third-party SDKs to you in this note.

How to cancel an account and its associated data

Touchtime mobile terminal provides the function of logging out of the account. If necessary, you can operate it yourself. The operation path is: "My"->"Settings"->"Log out of the account". Once the account is cancelled, it will take effect immediately and the data will no longer be retrievable.
